Dixieland CRA Commercial Corridor Design Guidelines Developed in conjunction with the Dixieland CRA Corridor Study and Streetscape Master Plan, the Dixieland CRA Design Guidelines are aimed at providing standards that will maintain and improve the quality and condition of the CRA district. The basic premise is that a quality appearance will result in a quality lifestyle. The Design Guidelines are managed by the Historic Preservation Board, which oversee the Design Review Process.
