PlanDowntownLakeland is a partnership between the City of Lakeland, the Downtown Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA)/the Lakeland Downtown Development Authority (LDDA) and the Glatting Jackson Consulting Team.
The goal of PlanDowntownLakeland is two-fold:

To create an updated, collective vision for the future development of downtown
To provide a clear step by step process to achieve the vision by updating the Downtown CRA Redevelopment Plan.
